Our team will customize dunning letters and call scripts to meet your needs and company culture.  These letters and calls would be executed by BARR Credit Services on behalf of your company.  The verbiage and frequency of each contact is a result of collaborating with you to create a program that is an extension of your efforts.  This process will allow for early contact in the aging cycle resulting in more monies recovered quicker.

The first party services might also include an Accounts Receivable Aging Review, an in-depth review of your past due accounts, utilizing our extensive database resources and experience, to determine the best method of debt recovery and collections for your company.
