As a Senior Account Executive, Matt works closely with clients to develop collection strategies that improve cash flow and support their long-term business goals. He enjoys building strong client relationships and helping businesses achieve successful outcomes.

Matt grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, and attended Kansas City Lutheran High School, where he played varsity soccer, wrestling, and baseball. After graduating, he joined the United States Marine Corps, serving as Chief Coxswain for Bravo Company 1/1 while attached to the 31st and 11th Marine Expeditionary Units. During his eight-year military career, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal twice.

Following his military service, Matt spent six years as a Deputy Sheriff with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

Away from work, Matt is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time on the course. He says one of the things he values most about working at BARR is its welcoming culture: “BARR is a close-knit family where every employee feels welcome.”

Ryan Frisbie is a Senior Account Sales Executive at BARR Credit Services with more than 26 years of experience helping businesses strengthen cash flow, reduce financial risk, and recover commercial accounts receivable. He partners with organizations across a variety of industries to develop customized receivables solutions that improve financial performance while supporting long-term business relationships.

Ryan has built his reputation on responsiveness, integrity, and a consultative approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique challenges and develops practical strategies that support their business objectives. His focus extends beyond collections—he serves as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex recovery issues while balancing successful account resolution with professionalism and respect for their brand.

Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC), where he developed a strong foundation in business and relationship management. He combines that education with more than two decades of industry expertise to deliver thoughtful solutions and exceptional service.

Ryan is committed to staying at the forefront of the commercial collections industry, He enjoys connecting with business leaders to discuss strategies for strengthening financial performance, reducing accounts receivable risk, and developing long-term financial solutions that support business growth.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and family, staying active, and cheering on Kansas City sports teams.

In his role as a Senior Account Executive at BARR Credit Services, Brad embraces the personal contact he shares with both his clients and the collection and administrative staff to achieve mutual goals. He is known for his honesty, candor, and his painstaking attention to detail.

Brad’s hands on approach comes from his long experience in customer service and client relationships including facilitating home renovations and a successful career as a real estate broker. He maintains a high professional standard and employs innovative solutions and no-nonsense approach to getting the job done.

An avid sports fan, Brad enjoys attending University of Arizona athletics and Diamondbacks baseball games. He is well traveled but has called Arizona his home for the past twenty-seven years.
