Trust Statements providing remittance details will be emailed the same day funds are submitted to your bank account.
A Trust Statement will list your payment activity for the month.
What is ACH?
Automated Clearing House (ACH) is an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States. ACH processes large volumes of credit and debtir transactions in batches. ACH credit trasfers include direct deposit, payroll and vendor payments.
If you would like to reduce the time it takes for a check to show up in the mail, all you will need to do is fill out the ACH Agreement Form and fax it to Mary Woods at 520-545-7015. This is a secure fax number.
